Product Description
The stainless steel handle design and sealing material use MTU material, which is the most resistant to high pressure and not easily deformed. SALTORK vacuum globe valve has the advantages of easy installation and disassembly, tight connection, high fire prevention, explosion prevention and pressure resistance, and good sealing performance. It is an advanced connection method valve in power plants, refining, chemical equipment and instrument measurement pipelines; Even if the sealing surface is damaged, only vulnerable parts need to be replaced to continue use.
Two-piece stem design: the upper stem threads are rolled and hardened, and the lower stem surface is specially hardened. The lubricating grease for the upper stem threads is isolated from the system medium. The non-rotating lower stem moves up and down instead of rotating and lifting, which reduces packing wear during each stroke and minimizes friction between the valve seat and valve head.

SLH: 10000 psig (690 bar)
Operating temperature:
-53°C to 648°C (with graphite packing)
-54°C to 300°C (with PPL or PEEK packing)
-54°C to 232°C (with PTFE packing)
Materials: 316 stainless steel, duplex steel, Hastelloy, etc. Other materials can be provided according to customer requirements.
End connection types: compression fitting, threaded, welded, VCR or VCO.
Port sizes: 1/8 to 1 1/4 inches; 3mm to 32mm.
