Product Description

It regulates the flow rate, pressure and temperature of fluids (such as gases, liquids, steam, etc.) to meet the requirements of the process flow. By changing the opening degree of the control valve, the flow rate of fluid passing through the valve can be controlled, thereby achieving precise control of the production process. In addition, the control valve also has functions such as shut-off, flow splitting, flow combining and regulation, ensuring the smooth progress of industrial production.

1. Adopting the principle of circulating convection multi-stage pressure reduction structure, the valve effectively avoids cavitation and greatly extends the service life.
2. All internal parts of the valve can be quickly disassembled and replaced, making maintenance extremely convenient. Maintenance does not require cutting or welding the valve body, which greatly saves maintenance costs and time.
3. The valve core and sleeve have excellent anti-clogging and anti-seizing performance. During frequent opening and closing of the valve, a small amount of debris in the pipeline will not block the passage, and the valve core is not easy to seize.
4. The valve stem packing is a high-quality imported product, featuring zero leakage and no need for frequent replacement.
5. The material pairing of the valve core and sleeve is appropriate, with wear resistance, scratch resistance and anti-seizing properties.
6. The valve seat and valve core achieve zero leakage in sealing, ensuring a long service life of the valve.
